These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the caslno online gaming platform, accessible at caslno.bet and any associated mobile-optimized versions of that domain. The Terms govern the entire relationship between you ("the Player," "you," or "your") and caslno ("caslno," "we," "us," or "our").

By completing the caslno account registration process, you confirm that:

• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of a third party;

To be eligible to register and maintain a caslno account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are accessing caslno from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by local law;
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of caslno, nor an immediate family member of any such person;
• You have not previously been excluded from caslno or any other licensed gaming platform in the Philippines under a regulatory exclusion order;
• You are acting in your personal capacity and not on behalf of any business entity or third party.

caslno reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point during the account lifecycle. If you cease to meet any of the above conditions, you are obligated to notify caslno immediately and cease all gaming activity on the platform.

Each natural person is permitted to hold exactly one caslno account. The registration of duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Philippine mobile number. caslno will use this information for the purposes of identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: Before processing your first withdrawal, caslno will require you to complete KYC verification by submitting one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo ID (Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, PhilSys National ID, PRC ID, or driver's license);
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate);
• Selfie holding the submitted ID document;
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of GCash or Maya account screen showing your registered name).

caslno may request additional documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle as part of its ongoing AML/CFT compliance obligations. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 calendar days may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your caslno account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must contact caslno support immediately at [email protected]. caslno will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

All caslno account balances are maintained in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). All deposits and withdrawals are processed exclusively in PHP unless a specific promotion or payment method specifies otherwise (e.g., USDT transactions, which will be converted at the prevailing rate at the time of the transaction).

Accepted Deposit Methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI bank transfer, BDO bank transfer, Metrobank bank transfer, Coins.ph, 7-Eleven (via payment partners), and USDT (Tether). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for e-wallet channels. Bank transfer minimums may vary by institution.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. caslno processes withdrawal requests within 15 minutes for fully verified accounts using e-wallet channels (GCash or Maya) during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution. USDT withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes subject to network congestion.

Withdrawal Channel Policy: caslno applies a "same channel" withdrawal policy where practicable — meaning your withdrawal will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit of equivalent or greater value. This policy is in place to comply with AML regulations.

• caslno does not charge internal fees for standard deposits and withdrawals. Third-party charges imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider are beyond our control and are your responsibility.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts or accounts not registered in your name.
• caslno reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence to large withdrawal requests, which may temporarily extend processing times.
• Accounts with pending KYC documentation will have withdrawal processing suspended until verification is complete.

caslno offers various bonuses, promotional offers, and a tiered VIP loyalty program to registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, as well as these general bonus terms below. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms prevail.

General Bonus Conditions:

• Wagering Requirements: Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds carry a minimum 20x wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them become eligible for withdrawal.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live dealer games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) typically contribute 10–15%. Fish-shooting arcade games contribute 50%. Sports bets contribute based on the odds and market type. Exact contribution rates are published in each promotion's specific terms.
• Expiry: Bonus funds that are not wagered within 30 days of crediting will expire and be forfeited without notice.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time. Depositing during an active bonus forfeits the existing bonus unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Abuse: caslno actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: wagering opposite sides of outcomes, low-risk hedging strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, and coordinated multi-account bonus stacking. Any player found to have abused bonus terms will have winnings derived from that abuse voided and may have their account suspended.

VIP Loyalty Program: The caslno VIP program operates on four tiers — Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Tier advancement is based on cumulative loyalty points earned from real-money wagers. caslno reserves the right to adjust tier thresholds, point values, and rewards at any time with reasonable notice to affected players.

caslno offers a library of over 1,200 games including video slots, live dealer games, fish-shooting arcade games, bingo, and sports betting markets. Each game category is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface or help section prior to placing any wager.

Random Number Generation: All software-based games (slots, crash games, virtual sports, bingo) on caslno use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology. RNG outcomes are statistically independent, meaning each round's outcome has no relationship to the outcome of any previous round. RNG certification is maintained through third-party auditing.

Live Dealer Games: Live dealer games are facilitated by licensed live studio operators using physical equipment (cards, roulette wheels, dice) under constant video surveillance. These games are not RNG-based. Results are determined by the physical outcome of the game equipment as observed through the live stream.

Sports Betting: Sports betting markets on caslno are subject to their own specific market rules, which govern settlement, void conditions, and late-withdrawal policies. Malfunction Policy: In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or connectivity interruption that affects the integrity of a game outcome, caslno reserves the right to void the affected round and return the stake to the player's account. No compensation beyond stake return will be provided in such cases. This policy applies to all game categories.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the caslno platform. Violation of any prohibition listed below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant regulatory authorities:

• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen, unauthorized, or fraudulently obtained payment credentials to fund a caslno account;
• Money Laundering: Using caslno for the purpose of concealing the origin of funds, structuring transactions to evade reporting thresholds, or any other conduct that constitutes money laundering under Philippine law;
• Multi-Accounting: Registering or operating more than one caslno account, whether personally or through agents or third parties;
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to chip-dumping in poker, sharing of hole cards in live games, or coordinated sports betting syndicate activity;
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, automated software, or any artificial intelligence tool to place wagers or interact with the caslno platform in place of genuine human player activity;
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorized payment chargebacks or disputes with your bank or e-wallet provider for deposits that were legitimately processed by caslno;
• Exploitation of Errors: Knowingly exploiting any software bug, pricing error, or system glitch to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a known system error will be voided.

caslno maintains the right to investigate any account suspected of prohibited conduct and to take proportionate action up to and including permanent account closure and legal referral where the conduct constitutes a criminal offense under Philippine law.

All content on the caslno platform — including but not limited to the caslno logo, brand name, website design, game interfaces, promotional graphics, written content, and software — is the exclusive property of caslno or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the caslno platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any caslno content without prior written permission;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any caslno software;
• Create derivative works based on any caslno intellectual property;
• Use any caslno branding, trademarks, or domain names in any manner likely to cause confusion or imply endorsement without authorization.

Any unauthorized use of caslno's intellectual property may result in account termination and, where appropriate, legal action. Third-party game content available through the caslno platform is subject to the respective game provider's intellectual property rights.

caslno provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible at any time from within your account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately when reduced; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation;
• Session Time Limits: Set maximum continuous play duration limits with an optional reminder notification before the session limit is reached;
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss thresholds over rolling daily, weekly, or monthly periods;
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During a cooling-off period, your account cannot be reactivated before the period expires;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from caslno. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible. During any exclusion period, caslno will not send promotional communications to the excluded account.

caslno shall not be liable — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — for any:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity;
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages;
• Losses arising from your reliance on inaccurate game odds, prices, or statistics displayed on the platform due to a technical error;
• Losses arising from service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including force majeure events, telecommunications failures, or regulatory interventions;
• Losses resulting from your failure to comply with account security obligations under these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms limits caslno's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

The caslno platform is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind beyond those expressly stated in these Terms. caslno does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform or that all games will be available at all times.

caslno collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to the caslno Privacy Policy as published at caslno.bet/privacy-policy.

In summary, caslno processes your personal data for the following primary purposes:

• Account registration, verification, and management;
• Processing of deposits, withdrawals, and transaction records;
• Compliance with PAGCOR regulatory requirements, AML/CFT obligations, and tax reporting;
• Fraud prevention, security monitoring, and responsible gaming enforcement;
• Service communications, including transactional emails and support responses;
• Marketing communications, where you have provided separate consent.

caslno does not sell your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Such amendments may be made in response to changes in applicable Philippine law or PAGCOR regulations, changes to the caslno platform or service offerings, identification of ambiguities or gaps in the existing Terms, or business decisions made in caslno's reasonable discretion.

Where a proposed amendment is material — meaning it materially affects your rights or obligations as a caslno player — caslno will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via:

• A notification email to your registered caslno account email address; and/or
• A prominent in-platform notification displayed upon your next login.

Non-material amendments (such as typographical corrections, clarifications that do not change substantive rights, or updates to contact information) may be made without advance notice and will take effect upon publication on this page.

The date of the most recent review of these Terms is displayed at the top of this page. If you disagree with any amendment, you may close your caslno account before the amendment's effective date by contacting [email protected]. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with them — including any question regarding their existence, validity, interpretation, performance, or termination — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Internal Dispute Resolution: If you have a complaint or dispute relating to your caslno account, please first contact caslno's customer support team at [email protected] with full details of your complaint. caslno's support team will acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days and aim to resolve it within 14 business days. Escalated complaints may be referred to caslno's compliance team for review.

Regulatory Escalation: If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through caslno's internal process, you may escalate the matter to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) as the relevant regulatory authority overseeing online gaming operations in the Philippines. caslno will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR-initiated dispute resolution or investigation process.

Jurisdiction: For any legal proceedings that cannot be resolved through the above processes, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
